L’État C’est Nous is a Toronto-based arts consultancy re-defining graffiti as an opportunity for public art. We are a one-stop shop overseeing the production of wall-based art from start to finish.
The team behind L’Etat C’est Nous has 20+ years of experience working with municipal, commercial and private sectors, creating and facilitating artworks that enhance public and private spaces.
We will work with you to find beautiful solutions for resolving unwanted and recurring vandalism, preventing future City graffiti infractions and transforming vulnerable walls into vibrant urban spaces with thoughtfully designed murals and installations, while ensuring long-term maintenance and adherence to regulations.

For property owners who receive a municipal graffiti infraction, we create artworks to deter vandalism and consequent infractions
We oversee all aspects of production and installation from start to completion, including liaising with the city, taking care of administrative procedures and contracts, advising on the art that suits your property and producing the final artwork
